The Dailey NUTRITION Tip: CHANGE YOUR BODY BY CHANGING YOUR BREAKFAST! Transitioning your breakfast from grain and dairy products (bagels with cream cheese, cereal with milk) towards protein and veggies (eggs with spinach, protein shake with fruit, poached salmon and greens) is one of the best things you can do not only for your digestive health but also blood sugar control, body composition and to lower inflammation.
PARKING ALERT FOR TONIGHT! If you are attending the 6pm Flex class, BEWARE! There is a swim meet at Sherwood tonight, so there will likely be no parking on our campus…but you can find a spot on Page High School Campus! Plan to hoof it from across the street!
Folks, don’t forget the “W.O.W.” is IMPROMPTU! Do something TODAY that is completely unplanned, rejuvenates your spirit, & creates a moment of excitement in the day!
