High protein plant-based foods such as: Brazil nuts; Spinach; Broccoli; Kale; Spirulina; Chia Seeds; Figs; Avocado; Goji Berries; Srouts; Hemp Seeds; & Barley Grass are nutrient dense Superfoods to super charge your nutrition. They are all potent. Your body needs protein to repair/rebuild muscles, to sustain energy, to perform at optimal levels. Plant based proteins are more readily digested than animal protein, & are much lower in calories & fat. Eat as much of these foods as you want! You can’t eat TOO MANY veggies, and you’ve NEVER seen anyone get fat from eating them!
