Magnificent MONDAY!

How’s your week starting? No matter how tough Mondays hit us, we must embrace them as a NEW BEGINNING! If you haven’t set your TOP 5 list for the week (5 most important things you need to accomplish this week to be successful) then make it now! A week is plenty of time to make great things happen. BELIEVE in yourself and know that you are worth any sacrifices you have to make in order to get BETTER!

The Dailey Health FACT: 6 years after GMO’s were introduced to the American food supply the number of hospitalizations related to food allergies increased by 265%. COINCIDENCE??? Maybe, maybe not.  “Beginning in 1996, bacteria, virus and other genes have been artificially inserted to the DNA of soy, corn, cottonseed and canola plants. These unlabeled genetically modified (GM) foods carry a risk of triggering life-threatening allergic reactions, and evidence collected over the past decade now suggests that they are contributing to higher allergy rates.” – http://bit.ly/ne0jHs

Your Dailey thought…

“Most people worry more about changing their clothes than they do changing themselves.”

BELIEVE that CHANGE is worth it!
