Christmas is ALMOST here!!!
With 2 more days to go…I want to encourage you to stay strong! Make good choices in this Holiday week. Don’t skip your workouts! Don’t “pig out” & tell yourself you’ll make up for it in 2014! We must enjoy this season and all of the guilty pleasures that come with it…but we can still make GOOD choices to offset some of the bad ones!
The “W.O.W.” = CELEBRATE!!! With the Holiday season in full swing, I am sure there is no shortage of CELEBRATION in your life. Remember that there is SO MUCH for us to CELEBRATE, each and every day. CELEBRATE your victories & successes every day. CELEBRATE the good choices you make. CELEBRATE that you have your health, & a vessel-your body, that is capable of enduring wear & tear…but can STILL improve every day. CELEBRATE the loves in your life. CELEBRATE your challenges…because the fact that you have challenges means you are alive.
Wanna get your sweat on? Check the schedule for classes as there are a few changes to the normal schedule Mon/Tues. The studio will be CLOSED Wed-Sun…so don’t put those classes off! Let’s CRUSH those extra calories before Christmas! Give yourself something positive to CELEBRATE!!!
