Happy Hump Day!
Gotta love Wednesdays! It’s the halfway mark of the week. Hopefully the hardest part is now behind you & you are well on your way to reaching all of the goals on that TOP 5 list this week!

If you made poor health choices “yesterday” or have pressures on you beyond your control…STOP! REFLECT! MOVE ON! You can’t undo the past, and you can’t predict what the future will bring, so simply focus on RIGHT NOW and live your BEST! 

The Dailey HEALTH Tip: EAT DANDELION GREENS! This bitter green is a digestive super food! Dandelion greens are rich in probiotic fibers that feed our beneficial bacteria, are nutrient dense, packed with minerals, and their bitter taste signifies they are great for liver health and promote optimal bowel function. They can be sautéed with garlic, finely minced and added to salads, used as a topping for soups, braised, or prepared just about any way you could think of. 

CLASS UPDATE: 6pm Functional Fitness TONIGHT! If you need to get a make-up in since you might miss a class next week…join us tonight! Lots of room as several “regulars” are not going to make it tonight. TOMORROW, Fitness at 6am & 9:30am – Flex at 6pm. ATTENTION 6AM’ers (i.e. early birds)…this class is nearing a MAX capacity for our small space! It’s more than helpful, its becoming IMPERATIVE that I get an RSVP so I can maximize our space for the large group. Seems the only one’s RSVP’ing are the regulars that NEVER miss that class. Text me, email me, call me…just let me know!
