Happy Halloween!

Hope you’ve had a SPOOKTACULAR day, and lots of fun with trick-or-treaters tonight!

Tomorrow is FUN Friday!!! Whether you are coming to a class at the studio…or getting a work out on your own tomorrow…MAKE IT FUN!

  • If you’re hitting the 6am or 9am fitness class tomorrow…don’t forget that tomorrow, Nov 1 is GO TIME for required reservation for class! This is to guarantee your spot AND give you more accountability! (having trouble? Let me know!)

 

Dailey HALLOWEEN Tip: GET MOVING! Did you know the average child consumes approx 3 cups of sugar & 4,800 calories at Halloween?!?! YIKES! And don’t think adults are much better. If you eat 1 Fun Size candy bar (Snickers, Milky Way, Butterfingers, etc.); 1 mini bite-size candy bar (Snickers, Milky Way, Butterfingers, etc.); & 1 Fun Size M&M packet – Plain or Peanut, …that comes to 225 calories. You will need to walk 2.25 miles, assuming you cover one mile in 2,000 steps. And let’s face it…you KNOW you ate more than that tonight!

Better get that workout tomorrow…no matter what!
