The weekend is ALMOST HERE!

 

BIG THANKS for all of the great birthday wishes, emails, texts, cards, special treats, AND the SURPRISE PARTY on Tuesday night! I am truly honored, humbled, and thankful to have such amazing people in my life. Benefits of wasabi:

1.Protects against the food-poisoning inducing bacteria E. coli and Staph aureus
2. Compounds in wasabi have been shown to have action against H. pylori, a bacteria that can trigger ulcers
3. Animals studies have shown that wasabi can lower “bad” cholesterol and raise the “good”
4. Compounds in wasabi can kill bacteria in the mouth that predispose one to cavities
