The Dailey MIGRAINE/HEADACHE Tip: Cut out the GLUTEN! There are lots of foods that can be linked to migraines, but seldom do we think about gluten being one of them. If you suffer from migraines or regular headaches, and have tried to eliminate other culprits such as caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, etc…you might want to eliminate all gluten from the diet. Gluten sensitivity/intolerance goes far beyond the gut & digestion!
