Whether you love ‘em or hate ‘em…Mondays are exactly what you MAKE of them. CHOOSE for today to be MAGNIFICENT, no matter what. It’s a new day, a new week…make something good happen today.

MAKE SOMEONE’S DAY!

 

The Dailey WEIGHT LOSS Tip: CUT OUT ONE BAD THING! By popular request, lots of inquiries about “why can’t I lose that last 5 lbs no matter how hard I work out & eat right?” Answer: hard to tell without looking at a detailed food journal. However, most of us consume foods that we consider “healthy”, yet our body may have a sensitivity to them. The 5 top culprits: Gluten, Soy, Dairy, beans, & nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, eggplant, bell peppers, & white potato). Pick ONE, for instance gluten, & cut it out completely for 4-6 weeks. Take note of any changes in bloating, energy levels, & how your clothes fit. After the allotted time off-it’s a good idea to TEST it out again by eating it one day, then waiting up to 3 days before having it again. (it often takes that long for the side effects to manifest). Document any changes. If there are no changes, move on to the next potential culprit! Need more help on this…stop by the studio and have a chat with me! Your goal is MY goal!
