The Dailey NUTRITION Tip: GO ALL NATURAL when it comes to NUT BUTTERS! Peanuts, walnuts and cashews are amazing, and so are their healthy fats. They’ve been shown to help boost heart health and keep weight down… so why would you take some of the fat out and replace it with sugar and saturated or trans fat? When it comes to nut butters, stick with options that have one to two ingredients; for example, peanuts or peanuts and salt. Once you go beyond that, your health food has just become unhealthy. Best bet…grind your own at your local grocery/health food store!

We are still working on the locker rooms, but the chief building inspector just gave me permission to be open/operational starting NEXT WEEK! Starting Tues, Sept 3… ALL classes, semi-private sessions, & private training will be at our new facility! 2919 Battleground Ave! WooHoo!!! It’s been a long time coming, and what a journey! Are you ready to start our new chapter STRONG together!?
