Functional Fitness – (1 hour class) Functional Fitness is a fusion of resistance training, cardio, sport drills and an array of new, exciting exercises to keep you constantly challenged. This total body conditioning class will help you train for the demands of daily life! All levels are welcome but at least 1 private session highly recommended to get started. No two workouts ever the same!

Functional Flex – (1 hour) This is a powerful method of exercise designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance in the body by addressing postural alignment.  It is a great balance to any health and fitness program. Bringing your own mat is recommended.
