SIT DOWN when you eat!

The Dailey DIGESTION Tip: SIT DOWN WHILE YOU EAT! How often are you grabbing your meal on the go…or multitasking while you eat by standing in the kitchen eating as you do another chore? Make it a rule to sit down when you eat. Relax & chew your food well. This will balance your nervous system, ensure good digestion and reduce symptoms of indigestion, gas and bloating. To top that off, when you slow down to eat it gives your body time to recognize when it’s full. This will help you to avoid over-eating! SLOW DOWN and enjoy your meals! Living at warp speed is not good for our health!
