The “W.O.W.” is INTEGRATE!
Another weekend has come & gone!
Tomorrow is the beginning of a NEW week! Get your mindset right. Set a plan for yourself by writing out your TOP 5 list (5 most important things you want to accomplish this week). Go ahead and plan your food for tomorrow. Put your workouts on your calendar like you do any other appointment. It’s a little more work on the front side, but well worth it at the end of the week when you can celebrate RESULTS!
The “W.O.W.” is INTEGRATE! Total health is not black or white. There’s not one way to get there. In fact, total health has a lot of grey area…we must INTEGRATE many concepts, movements, & energies – bringing them all together. Total health requires that we have a balance of hydration, fuel, exercise, flexibility, play, rest, & recovery. Unfortunately, most of us fall short on one or more aspects. This week, INTEGRATE more! If you struggle to drink enough water…add a few more ounces each day. Maybe you seldom take the time to address flexibility…so come to a flex class this week. If you tend to burn the candle at both ends and struggle to get enough sleep…cut out an hour earlier in the evening this week and go to bed earlier. You get the point. What are YOU going to INTEGRATE into your program this week to get BETTER?!
CLASS UPDATE: 3 Functional Fitness classes tomorrow @ Sherwood! (6am, 9:30am, & 6pm!) Just a reminder that we will have our 1st ever Flex class at the NEW Dailey Fitness Studio at 6pm Tuesday night! It’s not finished yet, but I can’t wait to give you guys the tour & christen the place with a class! There will be a place to change if you need it!
