If anyone is looking for some FUN…come to the new studio today and grab a paintbrush! 😉 It’s looking GREAT….and by the end of the week we should be fully operational with only a few cosmetic additions to make!

The “W.O.W” (Word of the Week) is MOTIVATION! Just like brushing your teeth or taking a shower, you need to MOTIVATE yourself everyday! Exercise is a huge MOTIVATOR. There is nothing like a great workout to get your mind RIGHT! Listening to inspiring music and surrounding yourself with positive people will boost your energy as well. If you struggle to find MOTIVATION from within, seek it out! Read an inspiring quote or blog post, show up to a fitness class, call your most MOTIVATING friend or family member & ask them to give you the MOTIVATION you need!

 

The Dailey HEALTH Tip: TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN FROM THE INSIDE-OUT! The health of the skin is intimately connected to the health of the digestive tract. You can get many clues by looking at the skin. Dry, scaly skin can be a sign of food sensitivity, poor absorption, vitamin A deficiency or imbalance of fatty acids. Eczema, psoriasis and acne can also be greatly helped by cleaning up the diet and addressing underlying gut issues.
