It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re the lion or a gazelle-when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.”

Great thought as we prepare ourselves for a new week ahead. Monday is the perfect day to throw yourself out there and see what the week has in store for you! Take no prisoners this week! Take RESPONISILITY for your health, wellness, goals, & actions!

 

The “W.O.W.” is RESPONSIBILITY! If you want results, if you want to create change…you must be willing to take RESPONSIBILITY for your thoughts & actions. Trust me, if you don’t take responsibility for your health & wellness, no one else will! The only way to get better, is to be willing to do things differently. Making excuses & procrastinating is not taking RESPONSIBILITY. This week, take RESPONSIBILITY to do whatever it takes to move your needle & to be your personal best!

 

Monday means 3 functional fitness classes – 6am, 9:30am, or 6pm! Whether you attend a Dailey Fitness class, have a 1-1 training session, or you’re doing it on your own…take RESPONSIBILITY & start your week strong by getting a great workout on Monday!
