The “W.O.W.” = THANKFUL!

SHORT WEEK AHEAD! I hope you are gearing up for Turkey day, and planning ahead to keep exercise high on the priority list this week. There will undoubtedly be lots of extra calories consumed on Thursday, so train smart this week! There are classes M-W, and a special “BURN THE BIRD” class scheduled for Friday with a massive calorie-crusher to burn off the pies, stuffing, & anything else you devour on Thanksgiving day! The “W.O.W.” = THANKFUL! With the Thanksgiving holiday around the corner, I can’t think of a better word to keep us focused this week. Even amongst the stress & anxiety that the holidays may bring, we all have so much to be THANKFUL for. As you push forward towards your goals this week…be THANKFUL for the many opportunities that await you.

 

Tomorrow’s 6am class is FULL with a waitlist! Super excited to welcome Cassie Coon to instruct our FIRST Spin class at the studio! If you are missing out on the early am workout…we still have 9am & 6pm functional fitness classes on Monday!
